NFL ATS Records 2026

The line. Every grade uses our consensus closing line, the one each finished game page shows under Closing Spread and Closing Total: the line the market closed on across the books we scan, taken from each book's last price before kickoff. Each team is graded against its own side's number. The two sides almost always mirror; when the books split across a half point they can differ by half a point, and each team keeps the number its game page shows for it.

• ATS. Wins, losses and pushes against the closing spread. A team covers when its final margin plus its closing spread is above zero, and pushes when it is exactly zero.
• Streaks. The run of consecutive covers (W) or non-covers (L) ending with the team's latest graded game. A push neither extends nor breaks a streak; it is skipped. O/U streaks work the same way with overs (O) and unders (U).
• O/U. Overs, unders and pushes: the two teams' combined points against the closing total.
• Favorite and underdog. Straight-up wins and losses, split by the sign of the team's closing spread: minus is favorite, plus is underdog. A closing spread of zero is a pick'em, counted as neither and shown in its own column.
• Home and away. The home designation comes from the odds feed. The feed does not mark neutral sites and we hold no venue data, so a neutral-site game is counted under whichever team the feed lists as home. We do not guess which games were neutral.
• Average cover margin. The team's final margin plus its closing spread, averaged over its graded games, rounded half up to one decimal. Positive means it beat the number on average.
• Line movement. "Earliest" is the earliest spread we captured for the game, the same earliest price its game page uses: Pinnacle's first price where we have one, otherwise the first listing we can prove. It is not the opening line. A game counts as moved toward a team when the team's spread at the close was at least 0.5 of a point shorter than its earliest (a favorite laying more, or an underdog getting fewer). The column shows those games out of the team's games with both an earliest and a closing spread, and the next column is the team's ATS record in them.
• Not graded. A game with no closing line is counted in the footnote under the table and never graded. Games we never priced, which includes many FBS against FCS games, have no closing line at all.
• The season. The NFL season here starts at Week 1 (September 9, 2026). We hold no earlier seasons, so nothing here reaches back to 2025.
• When it updates. Every morning, after the morning scores fetch writes last night's finals onto the game pages.
