The short version

The Odds Gap is free and requires no account. We don't collect your name, email, or payment details. We use standard analytics cookies to understand traffic, and we earn commissions when you sign up at some of the betting venues we link to. Those commissions never affect the prices we display or which book the data ranks first.

Some links on this site are affiliate links, including links to ProphetX, Kalshi, and other licensed betting operators or CFTC-regulated exchanges. If you click one and create an account or deposit, The Odds Gap LLC may earn a commission at no cost to you.

Affiliate relationships never influence the odds we display. Prices come from the same automated scan for every book, partner or not.
Rankings on pages like Book Comparison are computed from price data alone. A partner book gets no boost.
Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" and typically appear as clearly labeled sign-up buttons.
We only link to US-regulated sportsbooks and CFTC-regulated exchanges. Offshore books shown on the site are unlinked reference prices only — we have no relationship with them and earn nothing from them.

This disclosure is made in accordance with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, pages viewed, and general usage patterns. GA4 sets cookies and collects device and approximate location data per Google's privacy policy. We see aggregated reports, not your identity.
Watchlists and preferences. Saved games, odds-format and state-filter choices are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. They never leave your browser and we cannot see them.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Railway) keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging, retained briefly.

We do not sell personal information, run third-party ad networks, or build advertising profiles.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site are Google Analytics cookies. You can block them with your browser settings or an extension like a content blocker; the site works fully without them.

Outbound links

When you leave for a sportsbook, exchange, or any third-party site, that site's own privacy policy and terms govern. Affiliate partners may use their own cookies to attribute your sign-up to us; that tracking happens on their domain, not ours.

Age and responsible gambling

This site is intended for adults of legal betting age in their jurisdiction (21+ in most US states; some venues permit 18+ or 19+). The Odds Gap displays odds data and never accepts or places wagers. If gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
