Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026 · The Odds Gap LLC, a Michigan limited liability company
These terms cover theoddsgap.com, The Odds Gap apps for iPhone and Android, TOG Bot on Discord and every paid plan. By using any of them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which says what we collect and why. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Who We Are
The Odds Gap is run by The Odds Gap LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. "We", "us" and "our" mean The Odds Gap LLC. You can reach us at [email protected].
21 and Over Only
You must be 21 or older to use The Odds Gap, and old enough to bet where you live. Some books and exchanges allow 18 or 19 in some places; our age is 21 everywhere. Do not use the site, the apps or the bot if you are under 21.
Information Only
The Odds Gap compares prices. It shows which sportsbook or exchange pays the most for the same bet, and the math behind that. It is information only and it is not betting advice. We are not a sportsbook or an exchange, we do not take bets, we do not place bets for anyone, we do not hold your money, and we give no picks. What you bet, where and how much is your decision alone.
Prices Can Be Wrong
Every price we show is a snapshot taken when we last scanned that book or exchange. Prices move all the time, sometimes within seconds, so a price on our pages can be out of date, and a feed or a scan can be wrong. Exchange prices are shown after fees for a set stake, and the price you get can differ if you bet a different amount. Always confirm the price at the book or exchange before you bet. If a price we showed is not the price you get, the book's or exchange's price is the one that counts.
Your State
Which sportsbooks and exchanges you can legally use depends on the state you are in, and so do their offers. We estimate your state from your network address to show the right links, and that estimate can be wrong. It is your responsibility to use only the books and exchanges that are legal where you are. A price shown for a book does not mean that book is open to you. The Odds Gap is built for the United States; if you use it from anywhere else, you are responsible for following the law where you are.
Accounts
You sign in with your email: we send a 6-digit code and a sign-in link, and there is no password. Signing in makes one account for that email, and a paid plan on that account follows you between the website and the apps. One account per person. Keep access to your email to yourself, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you. A Slip Tracker dashboard password belongs to the Discord server's owner, who decides who gets it; using it with the owner's permission is not sharing an account. You can delete your account at any time, as the Privacy Policy explains.
When you delete your account we remove it and its records from the live site at once. Copies may remain in our private backups, which only we can read, and are never used to bring a deleted account back.
Paid Plans
The comparison board is free. A paid plan adds features on top of it. Plans are sold on the website, in the iPhone app, in the Android app, and, for Discord server owners, as Server Pro.
- Price. The price is the one shown at checkout before you pay.
- Free Time. A new paid plan for yourself, on the website or in the apps, starts with a 7-day free trial, or, if you join with a valid code from a Discord server, a free first month instead (never both). Each email gets one free period, ever, wherever it is used, and an email that already had one pays from the start. Apple and Google also apply their own trial rules.
- Renewal. A plan renews automatically, each month or each year, until you cancel. When the free time ends you are charged unless you canceled before then.
- Canceling. You can cancel at any time: on the website in Manage Billing on your account page, and in the apps in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment for a website plan fails, paid features stay on for 3 more days while the payment is retried, then stop. A plan bought in the apps follows Apple's or Google's own grace period when a payment fails.
- App Purchases. A plan bought in the iPhone app is billed by Apple, and one bought in the Android app by Google. Each is canceled and refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules; we cannot refund it for them. Deleting your account does not cancel an app store plan.
- Website Purchases. Plans bought on the website are billed by Stripe; we never see your card. Website payments are not refunded for a period that has already started. If you were charged by mistake, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we will refund it. If we refund a website payment, the plan ends at once and paid features stop then.
- Data Subscription. The historical odds files on the data page are their own subscription, separate from the plans above. It is billed by Stripe, its price and any first-month offer are shown at checkout, and it renews each month until you cancel in Manage Billing, with the files staying on to the end of the period. A data plan that began with a free trial gets an email from us 3 days before the trial ends. A payment made in crypto on the data page buys one period and does not renew. The free sample week needs no payment.
- Discord Server Pro. Server Pro is bought by a server's owner for that server, and members never pay us for it. A new server gets a 2-week free trial with no card asked for, so nothing is charged when it ends; TOG Bot reminds the owner 7 days and 1 day before. It is billed by Stripe and canceled in Manage Billing like a website plan. Each member paying through the server's code earns the server a credit on its bill while they keep paying; it is never paid out as cash.
- If We End a Plan. If we end a plan we bill you for (a website plan, a data subscription or Server Pro) for a reason that is not a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
The Founding Price
For a short window after paid plans open, a lower founding price is offered. The window's dates are shown on the pricing page while it is open, and we may extend it. Anyone who starts a plan inside the window, free trial included, locks in the founding price: "lock in" means the plan keeps that price for as long as it keeps renewing. If a founding plan you paid for ends, because you canceled or a payment failed for good, the founding price ends with it, and a new plan later is at the price offered then. If you cancel during the free trial, before paying anything, you can still start a plan at the founding price while the window is open. While server codes are offered, a valid Discord server code gets the founding price, inside the window or after it.
Slip Tracker
The Slip Tracker is for Discord servers that add TOG Bot and turn it on. Only the server's owner or managers can turn it on, and only for the channels they pick.
- What It Records. When someone posts a bet slip picture in one of those channels, the bot reads it and records the bet it shows (the book, the bet, the legs, the odds, the stake and the payout) with the poster's Discord name and ID. If the owner turns it on, it also reads the plays a betting service's bot (Winible) posts there, and in a channel given to one capper, that capper's typed plays. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.
- Owners and Cappers. The owner decides which channels are read and whether a channel counts for one capper or one record. Slips in a capper's channel count under that capper. The records are shown on the server's private dashboard, only to the owner and the people they give its password to.
- Records Can Be Wrong. A record shows a slip as the bot read it and graded it, and reading a picture or grading a bet can go wrong. The owner can correct a slip on the dashboard, and the person who posted it can confirm or fix it. A Slip Tracker record is not proof of a bet and not an official record of anyone's results.
- Opting Out. Anyone can stop being recorded in a server with
/slips optout, and delete what was recorded for them there with/slips optout delete:True. - Posting Means Permission. By posting in a channel where the owner has turned the Slip Tracker on, you allow us to store and read your slip as the Privacy Policy describes. TOG Bot also runs under Discord's own terms, which apply to everything you post on Discord.
- Owners' Part. An owner who turns the Slip Tracker on should tell their members that the channel is tracked, since the bot posts nothing in the channel itself.
Data Downloads and Quoting
These are the same terms as the Terms of Use on the data page, word for word.
Quoting It
Quoting any figure or finding published on this site is welcome, with attribution to The Odds Gap and a link to the page it came from. Our measurements, the matched-lines comparisons, the staleness and dispersion studies and the captured opening lines, are our own work and are licensed on that basis. The underlying odds are facts we aggregate from sources with their own terms. Bulk or automated reuse of the underlying data, rather than quoting a published figure, needs a conversation first: [email protected].
Using It in Bulk
Free for research, modeling, and writing, with attribution to The Odds Gap and a link to theoddsgap.com. Not permitted: reselling the data, repackaging it as your own feed or product, or sustained bulk scraping (rate limits are enforced). Portions arrive through licensed feeds, so this exists for people who want to study the market, not as a data source for another product. Heavier or commercial use: [email protected].
TOG Bot and Agents
TOG Bot, on the website and on Discord, and our connector and answer endpoint for AI assistants and agents, answer questions from our own price data. An answer can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, the same as any price on the site, so check it at the book before you act on it. TOG Bot does not take bets and gives no picks. Questions have daily limits.
For agents that pay per answer: a set number of answers a day is free, and after that each answer has the price stated on the agents page. You are charged only when an answer is returned. A question the engine asks you back is never charged, and neither is a request it turns away because it cannot answer right then.
Acceptable Use
Please use The Odds Gap the way it is meant to be used. You may not:
- scrape the site, the apps or our endpoints faster than our rate limits allow, or get around our rate limits or daily limits;
- resell our data or answers, or repackage them as your own feed, product or service (quoting with attribution, as above, is welcome);
- misuse TOG Bot or the Discord bot: flood it, try to make it say something harmful or false, use it to spam a server, or read a server's Slip Tracker without the owner's permission;
- share your account, or sign in as someone else;
- attack, overload or probe the site, or try to reach anything that is not meant for you;
- break the law, or use the site where betting is not legal for you.
We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who does, and we may block traffic that looks automated.
Affiliate Links
Some links to sportsbooks and exchanges are affiliate links: if you sign up or deposit through one, we may earn a commission, at no cost to you. It has no effect on which price we show as best. Every book's price comes from the same scan, and among the books we link, the best price is simply the best price, partner or not. Offshore books are shown for reference only, are hidden by default, and are never counted as the best price we name, unless you turn them on in your own view. The Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure has the details. When you leave for a book or exchange, its own terms apply there.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms as the product changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page and add a line to the change log at the bottom. Using The Odds Gap after a change means you accept the new terms.
No Warranty and Limits on Liability
In plain words: The Odds Gap is provided as it is, whenever it is available. We work hard to keep it right, but we do not promise that it is accurate, complete, current, or always up, and we make no warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.
We are not responsible for bets you place, money you win or lose, prices that moved or were wrong, a book or exchange that is not open to you, or any decision you make from what you see here. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses (such as a bet you missed or lost time), and our total liability to you for anything to do with The Odds Gap is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 US dollars. Some places do not allow some of these limits, and there they apply only as far as the law allows.
Your Responsibility for Misuse
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you misused the site, the apps, the bot or our data, you are responsible for that claim and its costs.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute about them is heard in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
