A parlay ties several bets into one wager: every leg has to win or the whole ticket loses, and in exchange the odds multiply. Convert each leg to decimal odds, multiply them together, and that product times your stake is the payout. Because the prices multiply, a small edge on each leg compounds, and so does a small difference in price between books.
That last part is the whole game. Two sportsbooks can offer the same three legs and pay very different amounts on the parlay, because each leg's price gap stacks. Most parlay calculators stop at the arithmetic. Ours is step one of something better.
